Refund Policy

Because virtual items and ranks are digital goods delivered immediately upon payment verification, all sales are final unless otherwise approved by administration.

1. Refund Requests

Refund requests for accidental purchases or duplicate transactions must be submitted via support tickets within 48 hours of purchase. Approved refunds are itemized and returned through the original payment provider.

2. Chargeback Policy

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in automatic in-game entitlement suspension (`SUSPEND_PENDING`) and permanent account blacklisting across the server network.
